We collect information you give us when you create an event listing, submit an enquiry, book a stall, or contact us — typically your name, phone number, email address, organization name, and event details.

We also collect usage data automatically, such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, to keep the service running and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: confirm bookings, connect vendors with organizers, send transactional emails and reminders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be used to analyse trends and improve the product.

3. How we share your information

When you submit an enquiry or booking, the relevant organizer receives the contact and payment information needed to fulfill it. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with service providers (payments, hosting, analytics) under contract, and with authorities when required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account or listing is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at hello@bookastall.in. You can also unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work hard to defend against unauthorised access.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for material changes, notify users by email or via the website.
