1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Book a Stall, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use Book a Stall. Organizations using the service must be properly registered and authorised to host events.
3. Marketplace role
Book a Stall is a marketplace that connects event organizers with vendors looking for stall space. We are not the organizer of any event listed and we do not own or operate venues.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfilment of bookings, and compliance with applicable laws and licences.
4. Listings and bookings
All listings submitted by organizers are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or our content policies.
Vendors agree to provide accurate booking information and to honour the organizer's rules for the event they book into.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment partners. Funds are held in escrow until the relevant booking milestones are met, at which point they are released to the organizer.
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy displayed on each event before checkout. Disputes are resolved per our standard process — contact support to begin.
6. Prohibited activities
You agree not to misuse the platform — including but not limited to listing illegal goods, attempting to defraud organizers or vendors, scraping our systems, or interfering with the security of the service.
7. Liability
Book a Stall provides the marketplace on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from cancelled events, organizer misconduct, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to the service
We may modify or discontinue parts of Book a Stall at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
